The backdrop piece. Organic garlands, hoop arches and structured arches.

Vertical pieces for doorways, stages and anywhere guests need pointing.

Table height arrangements, floating bouquets and favor table styling.

Ceilings, hallways, walls and entryways handled as one design.

Numbers, letters, themed sculptures, photo walls and one off ideas.

Send the room and the theme. We will say what fits before you commit.
This is the piece most people picture when they think about balloon decor, and it is the one we build most. An organic garland is the loose, uneven-on-purpose cluster that runs along a wall, over a doorway or across the front of a dessert table. A hoop arch is the same idea built onto a circular frame, which is what gives you that clean gold ring in the photos. A structured arch is the full span over an entrance.
Colors get matched to your palette, not chosen from a set of kits. Sage and gold for a woodland shower. Red, pink and silver for Valentine's. Brown, tan and pink for a cow themed second birthday. If you have a saved image of something you like, send it and we will build to it.
Columns do a job that garlands cannot: they take up vertical space and they tell people where to walk. Two of them at a doorway turn an ordinary entrance into the start of the party. Along a staircase or beside a stage, they frame whatever is behind them.
They also work in rooms where you cannot attach anything to the walls, which covers a lot of rented halls and community centers. A column stands on its own base, so nothing needs taping, pinning or drilling.
Table pieces are the detail people notice while they are sitting down with nothing else to look at. We build them at a height that keeps sightlines open, because a centerpiece that blocks the conversation gets moved to the floor within twenty minutes.
Options range from a weighted bouquet with LED lights inside the balloons to a low sculpted arrangement that sits flat on the cloth. Favor tables and dessert tables get the same treatment when you want the whole surface styled instead of just decorated.
More on centerpieces and table decor
Full styling is when the room itself becomes the project. Ceilings, hallways, doorframes, walls and the entry all get designed together so the party reads as one idea instead of five decorations that happened to show up on the same day.
This is the service for milestone birthdays, showers where the whole house is in play, and business openings where guests move through several spaces. It takes longer to install, so it needs the most lead time.
Oversized foil numbers for a milestone. Letter marquees. Themed sculptures built out of latex and foil, like the sea turtles that went up across a storefront ceiling. Photo walls with a printed backdrop framed in balloons.
If the idea does not fit any of the categories above, it belongs here. Send the picture in your head and we will tell you honestly whether it can be built and what it takes.
More on specialty and custom designs
Birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, graduations, anniversaries and engagement parties.
Ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers and rehearsal dinners.
Grand openings, product launches, trade shows, holiday parties and employee appreciation days.
Valentine's, Halloween, Christmas and any other date that deserves a photo.
Everything on this page is priced as a single job: design, balloons, delivery, installation and takedown. Book two pieces at once and they arrive together, which is cheaper than adding a second piece the week of the event.
Date, venue, rough guest count and any colors or theme you have in mind. Photos of the space are the single most useful thing you can attach.
Usually inside 24 to 48 hours. Adjust the colors, the size or the pieces before anything gets ordered.
We arrive ahead of your start time, build on site, and return afterward to clear everything out.
A garland or an arch. It is the piece that does the most work for the money, because it becomes the backdrop everyone stands in front of for photos. Once that is decided, people usually add a column at the entrance or a few centerpieces for the tables.
Yes, and most events do. A common setup is a garland behind the dessert table, two columns at the door and a small bouquet on each table, all in the same palette. Combining pieces is also cheaper than booking them separately later, because everything is built and delivered in one trip.
Air-filled garlands, arches and columns hold their shape for days indoors, so setting up the day before an event is usually fine. Helium-filled latex is different: it floats for roughly 12 to 24 hours, which is why helium pieces get delivered the day of. Outdoors, direct sun and heat shorten everything.
We deliver, install and style the piece at your venue, then come back after the event to take it down and haul it out. That is part of the quote, not an add on. You do not need a ladder, tape or a plan for what to do with it at midnight.
Two to four weeks is comfortable, and more than that helps in spring and summer when graduation and shower season fills up. Specific colors sometimes need ordering, which is the main reason for the lead time. Short notice is still worth asking about, because it depends entirely on what is already on the calendar.
More answers live on the questions page, and the gallery shows what these pieces actually look like once they are up.
