Every job starts with a date, a palette and whatever the theme happens to be. Cow print for a two year old. Sage and gold for a baby shower. Black, white and a giant number for a 23rd. None of it comes out of a kit.
Soleil draws the piece, orders balloons to match your colors, and builds it on site the day of the party. Most of what you see below is one person, a ladder and a few quiet hours before the guests arrive.

Tell us about the event
Send the date, the venue and any colors or theme you already have in mind. A photo of the space helps more than you would think.
We design and quote
You get a plan for the piece and a price, usually inside 24 to 48 hours. Change your mind on colors and we adjust it before anything is ordered.
We show up and build
On event day we deliver, install and style the space, then come back afterward and take the whole thing down.

Nothing is a template
Every install is designed around your palette and theme. Send a saved Pinterest board and that is what we work from.
Setup and takedown included
Delivery, install and the cleanup afterward are all part of the job. Nobody is pulling balloons off a ceiling at midnight.
One person, start to finish
Soleil takes the message, draws the design and builds it. Nothing gets handed off to a crew you have never met.
Booked around your date
Two to four weeks of notice is ideal, especially through spring and summer. Shorter notice is always worth asking about.

An hour in every direction
Burnett's is based in Pleasant Valley, just north of the river, and travels roughly an hour in any direction. That covers the whole Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line: Liberty, Gladstone, North Kansas City, Kearney, Smithville and Excelsior Springs to the north, downtown Kansas City, Independence and Lee's Summit through the middle, and Overland Park, Leawood, Lenexa, Olathe and Kansas City, Kansas across the line. If your venue sits right at the edge of that, ask anyway.
