Liberty gives you two very different kinds of space, and they need different builds.

Out in the subdivisions on the north and east sides, you are usually working with a great room, a nine foot ceiling and a staircase. Those are excellent for balloon work. The stair rail in particular is the most underused surface in a Liberty house, and a garland running down it gives you a photo angle nobody else at the party thought of.

May is the hard month
Liberty is a college and high school town, and that shows up hard in the calendar. Between William Jewell commencement and the high school graduations, the back half of May is the single busiest stretch of the year for anybody doing party decor in Clay County.
